PFP Systems Pty. Ltd. (formerly known as Pilbara Insulation) is owned and operated by Tim Lennox and acts as trustees for the Pilbara Insulation Unit Trust. Unit holders in this trust are Tim and Alison Lennox and John Tylor. PFP Systems and operatives have undertaken a variety of Insulation, Protective Coatings and Fire Protection projects incorporating:
  • Substrate preparation including high pressure water and grit blasting up to Sa Class 3 and lead paint removal to AS 4361.1
  • Epoxy Intumescent, Subliming, and Ablative Coating and/or Tiling systems such as Chartek, Thermolag and KBS Cable Coating
  • Epoxy high strength grouts
  • Cementitious materials including Concrete, Premixed Flowable and High Pressure Injection Grout and Supershot
  • Lightweitght perlite and Vermiculite filled products such as KBS Mortarseal, Fendolite, Mandoseal, Monokote, Pyrocrete refractory materials and Perlite Institute of America Perlite Plasters
  • Epoxy and water based primers and topcoats
  • Hot and cold insulation including lagging, foam injection and metal cladding
  • Small scale steel fabrication

We seek to provide a comprehensive service involving Product Flexibility, Quality Assurance and rigorous onsite Health, Safety and Environmental Management. We believe that HSE in an industrial environment is paramount in the planning, designing and application of appropriate systems.

Our working directorship combined with thorough competent staff developed and trained during a long association with the major regional resource projects, give us a significant competitive edge in cost and quality. We have used workforce participation in planning, risk assessment and problem solving to achieve a level of productivity and an enthusiastic application of HSE and Quality Management Plans otherwise unachievable. Our Safety and Industrial Relations records are unblemished under this system in 16 years of operation.

In addition, we are actively investigating partnering options to enhance our capabilities with respect to major multi - disciplined projects both on and off shore.

PFP Systems Tender Submissions will include extensive Procedure Specifications, QA Plans, Inspection Plans and HSE Programmes.

The PFP Systems Quality Management Plan conforms to AS/NZS/ISO 9001:2000
